AutoPipe
Autopipe from Bentley www.bentley.com
Bentley AutoPIPE is an integrated piping analysis and design solution including international design codes.
It enables users to create, modify, and review piping and structural models while offering linear and non-linear analysis capabilities under static and dynamic conditions like temperature, wind, wave, buoyancy, seismic, and transient loadings.
AutoPIPE meets the needs of companies working in industries like nuclear and fossil power, process and chemical plants, offshore FPSO platform and riser design, fire protection systems, oil refineries, cross-country gas and oil pipelines, FRP piping, and building services piping.
AutoPIPE now incorporates ASME, British, European, German, Japanese, Chinese, API, NEMA, ANSI, ASCE, AISC, UBC, and WRC guidelines.

AutoPIPE offers unparallel integration to all major 3D CAD systems like AutoPLANT, PlantSpace, Intergraphics PDS and Aveva PDMS. Automated intelligent stress isometrics can be easily generated and customized. It is possible to perform automatic clash detection of both AutoPIPE and CAD models side by side with ProjectWise Navigator XM.

AutoPlant
Autoplant from Bentley www.bentley.com
Using AutoCAD with an external relational database environment, Bentley's AutoPLANT P&ID creates intelligent plant schematics. With it, engineers can learn more about their plant design in a fraction of the time required to study hundreds of layout drawings or 3D models.
This cost-efficient application reduces the design and documentation time for capturing process information for system design and plant studies (such as HAZOP studies), ensuring compliance to OSHA 1910 and ISO standards. Through its scaleable design, AutoPLANT P&ID is suitable for large, midsized and small engineering companies and plant operators, providing a key tool for the lifecycle design and documentation of process plants.

CAESAR II
Caesar II from Bentley www.coade.com
CAESAR II is a program for pipe stress analysis that includes a full range of the latest international piping codes.
It provides static and dynamic analysis of pipe and piping systems and evaluates FRP (fiber reinforced plastic); buried piping; wind, wave, and earthquake loading; expansion joints, valves, flanges and vessel nozzles; pipe components; and nozzle flexibilities. The program automatically models structural steel and buried pipe and provides spectrum and time history analysis and automatic spring sizing. CAESAR II includes component databases and an extensive material database with allowable stress data. It also includes a bi-directional link to COADE`s CADWorx Plant drafting package.

PIPEHASE - SimSci-Esscor
PIPEHASE from SimSci-Esscor www.simsci-esscor.com
PIPEPHASE models steady-state multiphase flow in oil and gas networks and pipeline systems. It offers the power and flexibility to model applications ranging from the sensitivity analysis of key parameters in a single well, to a multiyear facilities planning study for an entire field. Proven solution algorithm with modern production methods and software analysis techniques create a robust and efficient oil field design and planning tool. With an extensive physical property data bank, and an intuitive Windows-based user interface, PIPEPHASE covers the complete range of fluids encountered in the petroleum industry, including single phase or black oil, as well as compositional mixtures. It may also be applied to single-component steam or CO2 injection networks. To fully automate a solution, PIPEPHASE links to Invensys SCADA and DCS platforms via our ROMeo or ARPM software.

PSA5 Pipe Stress Analysis
PSA5 from Whessoe Computing Systems www.wcompsys.co.uk
PSA5 from Whessoe Computing Systems allows piping engineers to accurately and efficiently calculate stress levels within their designs from both static and dynamic loading, and compare these with allowable values for a range of national/industry standards, including ASME III Class 1, 2 and 3, B31.1, B31.3, BS EN 13480 and BS 806.

PVE5 Ingeniería Depósitos a Presión
PVE5 from Whessoe Computing Systems www.wcompsys.co.uk
PVE5 performs design and compliance calculations for vessels in accordance with PD 5500, ASME VIII Div 1, or BS EN 13445.
A database of material stresses for the first two codes is provided as an integral part of the package, and a similar database is under development for BS EN 13445. Pressure Vessel Engineering and Heat Exchanger Design

FDA5 diseño de Bridas
FDA5 de Whessoe Computing Systems www.wcompsys.co.uk
Flange design to ASME VIII Div.1 Appendix 2; or PD5500 3.5.8. The user is able to specify three design methods which require increasingly complete specification of data:
• Open design - a minimal set of data is required
• Fixed bolting - as above, but the program keeps the specified bolt size
• Fixed geometry - every dimension except the flange thickness is specified
Also, the following types of calculation are available for completely specified flange
• MAWP - maximum alowable working pressure
• STRESS - stress calculations
